Well, I had uploaded my resume for the particular post of Interest in ***, and got an auto generated email regarding scheduling an appointment. I did that. And on the particular day waited for the interview. Finally, the moment arrived and I got a call. The person introduced himself and started discussing few things regarding:
1. Do you have legal Work authorization permit.
2. What are your Compensation requirements ?
3. Whether you are willing to move to a new place? Or to a place where company is located in.
4. Do you have Professional license or certificate ?
5. When you applied online for the particular post, were you aware of all the requirements and do you meet them all?
6. How do you qualify for the job?
7. So, from where did you do your masters.
8. And then, you also have done Bachelors in Electrical engineering .... so from where did you do?
9. And you have mentioned in your resume that, you also have Graduate Assistantship with some Secure Systems group ? Is that Correct ?
10. What motivates you to work with ***?
11. How will you justify that your past experience will be helpful to you in your current work?
12. Do you know about SCADA and ANSI standards?
13. Have you done relay coordination studies?
14. What kind of roles you performed in your previous work, that will be useful to you in your current job?
